Helipad

One of Nuthurst Grange's main features is the unique Helipad located at the front of the hotel.

This feature is popular with both wedding couples and business people alike. We are pleased to offer use of our Helipad as a complimentary service to all Nuthurst Grange residents and wedding parties.

Helipad for Corporate and Business use

Thanks to our prime position in Warwickshire, our Hockley Heath Helipad also caters for personal use and is popular with business people seeking quick and convenient traveling to the Midlands from London. You are welcome to utilise our helipad for corporate events and business meetings.

Nuthurst Grange is within walking distance of the new McLaren, Rolls Royce, Birmingham Showroom.

Should you wish to use our Helipad for landing only, there is a £25.00 landing fee.

Using Our Warwickshire Helipad

If you wish to apply for permission to land at and take off from Nuthurst Grange Hotel's unlicensed Helipad please complete the Helipad Request form opposite making sure you submit valid Certificate of Insurance Policy Number.

Nuthurst Grange Hotel shall not be liable for, and shall be kept indemnified by the owner/operator of the aircraft against all costs, claims, damage, loss or injury of any description due to, or arising out of the use by the owner/operator of the aircraft at the site or by the presence of the aircraft or other property on or at the site.

Helipad Landing Terms & Conditions

If you wish to apply for permission to land at and take off from Nuthurst Grange Hotel's unlicensed Helipad please complete the form opposite and attach a copy of a valid Certificate of Insurance..

In consideration of the permission to land at this helipad, I/we the owner/operator of the aircraft agree that neither Nuthurst Grange Hotel or its servants/agents shall be liable to loss or damage to the aircraft, its parts or accessories, or any property contained therein, howsoever such loss or damage may arise, or consequential losses occurring whilst the aircraft is at Nuthurst Grange Hotel, or is in the course of landing or taking off, other than that which is attributable to willful misconduct on the part of Nuthurst Grange Hotel.

Nuthurst Grange Hotel shall not be liable for, and shall be kept indemnified by the owner/operator of the aircraft against all costs, claims, damage, loss or injury of any description due to, or arising out of the use by the owner/operator of the aircraft at the site or by the presence of the aircraft or other property on or at the site.

It is agreed and accepted by the owner/operator that these conditions are reasonable by reference of the Unfair Contract Terms Act, 1977.
