Meet the Chef
Adam started his career in hospitality at The Belfry Hotel when he was 15 years old, moving into the kitchen and training as a chef when he was 17 years old.
He has continued his career working at various hotels within the midlands, he is proud to have been personally invited to cook for the European Ryder Cup team during the matches in Michigan U.S.A
Through his career Adam has competed in many culinary competitions, to name a few Birmingham & Hotelympia Salon Culinare, British Culinary Federation Grand Prix Team and the WG White Cavair Trophy .
During his spare time Adam enjoys travelling and dining out. His most memorable dining experience was in Barcelona at the acclaimed 2 Michelin star Nechells Restaurant.
The highlights of Adam’s career have been his training at the French Kitchen within The Belfry Hotel and also working under Highly Acclaimed Michelin starred chef Simon Haigh from Mallory Court prior to starting his position here as Head Chef.
Favourite Home Cooked Food: Lasagne, chips and salad
Signature Dish: Pressed Ham Hock Terrine, Truffle Mayonnaise, Soda Bread.
