Bookings And Reservations
The Booking form provided by www.nuthurst-grange.co.uk does not guarantee a booking. A member of staff will contact you to confirm the availability of the dates you require and to potentially finalise your booking. Bedroom tariffs are displayed as fee per day and is inclusive of VAT at the present rate and includes a full English Breakfast and Newspaper.
All bedrooms have private bathrooms with air-spa baths. All have direct dial telephones, remote control televisions with satellite, baby listening service, personal room safes, trouser press, hair driers and tea and coffee making facilities etc.
Payments & Cancellations
Payments can be made via Access, Visa and American Express Cards. Cheques are not accepted unless fully guaranteed by a bankers card. Cancellation of any reservation contracted in writing, by fax or verbally, will regrettably have to be charged for in full unless reasonable notice is given or we are able to re-let the booking. Rates are subject to alterations without prior notice.
Wedding Venue Terms & Conditions
These conditions and their contents form an agreement between the client and the Hotel and should be returned to the Hotel within 7 days of receipt together with your £500.00 non refundable deposit as stated. Unconfirmed bookings are not guaranteed.
Full pre-payment will be required 14 days prior to your wedding (we prefer by cheque if possible) The seating plan must be notified to our Hotel 1 week prior to your function.Cancellation of a confirmed wedding booking must be made in writing and a cancellation charge will be payable to the Hotel calculated on the following basis:

12 calendar months or longer No charge
Between 12 and 6 calendar months 25% of the estimated total
Between 2 and 6 calendar months 50% of estimated total account
2 calendar months or less 100% of the estimated total account
YOU ARE STRONGLY ADVISED TO TAKE OUT INSURANCE IN ORDER TO COVER YOURSELVES IN THE UNLIKELY EVENT OF YOU HAVING TO CANCEL YOUR FUNCTION.
The Hotel grants a licence to the client to use the Hotel’s premises strictly for the purpose of the function and at the times set out.
No food and/or beverages of any kind are permitted to be brought into the Hotel by the client or their guests without the consent of the Hotel given in writing.
In the case of Government changes on taxation no notice need be given (even if the booking has been confirmed in writing the Hotel is obliged to pass these on).If the conditions concerning pre-payments of deposit (non-refundable) interim payments or full payments are not upheld by the client, the Hotel reserves the right to cancel the event by informing the client in writing, by fax or by email to the address indicated by the client. The numbers stated 14 days before the function will be the numbers confirmed for payment. Should the numbers decrease no allowance will be given, should the numbers increase these will be charged in proportion to confirmed numbers.
Should the numbers of guests increase, the Hotel will endeavour to accommodate and cater for the higher number, although the Hotel cannot be held responsible for any failure to provide for the increase in numbers.
The Hotel reserves the right to alter the allocated function room if numbers originally stated increase or decrease and alter any room hire changes accordingly.
The Hotel reserves the right to vary the menu or wines specified in the unlikely event of the items being unavailable.
The client shall indemnify the Hotel for any loss or damage caused to any part of the Hotel premises or to any fixtures and equipment. Where necessary repair work will be put in the hand and the account rendered to the client who is responsible for payment.
The Hotel cannot accept liability for items lost, stolen or damaged whilst in the Hotel, Car Park or grounds unless deposited with the Hotel reception.
The client will be responsible for the orderly and safe conduct of the function. You will have regard for the statutory laws concerning licensing and entertainment provisions relevant to the event and all responsible instructions from the authorised Hotel representatives.The event shall be terminated at the time stated. A charge may be made for any additional labour costs incurred resulting from late commencement or conclusion of any function.
The Hotel reserves the right to cancel any booking, without liability on its part in the event of any damage or disruption to the Hotel by fire, flood, power failure, industrial action, weather conditions or any other cause beyond the control of the Hotel Management which will prevent the Hotel from fulfilling it’s obligation to the consumer.
The laws of England shall govern this agreement.
